Transmax OS 3000X Tires
The Transmax OS 3000X is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It is built to be mounted on drive axle positions.
The model offers great performance on highway terrains. The ribbed tread pattern firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges. This improves the tire’s contact with the driving surface and enhances steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Cornering and maneuvering are upgraded as well, thanks to the outer ribs and their contact with the road. As a result, the driver has excellent control over the vehicle and guarantees a safe driving experience.
The ideal tread design and the all season compound boost the tire’s performance in dry, wet, and winter-weather conditions. In this manner, the ribbed tread design follows the road surface at all times, while the year-round compound maintains flexibility in warm and cold temperatures. At the same time, circumferential grooves effectively resist hydroplaning in wet situations. These grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint, providing a safe driving experience.
The tire provides a fuel-efficient performance. The ribbed tread design and the durable rubber compound ease the pressure off the tire. This allows the tire to minimize the rolling resistance, which is the pressure affecting the tire that determines the vehicle’s needed fuel intake levels. By lowering the rolling resistance, the tire manages to decrease the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. This guarantees better fuel efficiency and an environmentally friendly driving experience.
The Transmax OS 3000X extends its service life. The ribbed tread design evenly distributes the driving pressure along the tread area. The special silica compound slows the treadwear rate down as well. These elements significantly reduce the chance of irregular and premature wear formations for longer-lasting tread life.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
