Remington Touring LX Tires
The Remington Touring LX is a touring, all season tire made for passenger vehicles.
This model was designed with white sidewalls. The other sidewall features a wide white line, which provides an additional aesthetic characteristic and improves the tire’s stylistic appeal.
The ribbed block placement enables the tire’s surface contact. This increases steering responsiveness and driving stability, optimizing its controllability. Better road contact upgrades its steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. Cornering is upgraded thanks to the extra biting edges generated throughout maneuvering. The sipe and groove pattern creates friction at the moment of braking, significantly shortening its stopping distance.
The Remington Touring LX also boosts its year-round traction. The ribbed block placement, with the sipe detail, works with the all season compound to upgrade dry, wet, and winter grip. The tread design firmly grips the road surface with extra biting edges, while the compound keeps the rubber flexible. Circumferential grooves prevent hydroplaning in wet conditions, effectively dispersing water and slush from the footprint.
The sidewall aesthetic characteristic shown on the photos may differ on the actual tires. The exact width of the white wall is not guaranteed.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
