Radar R-D3 Tires

The Radar R-D3 is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for commercial vehicles. It is made to be mounted on drive axle positions.

Excellent controllability and driving stability are promoted with this model. The aggressive tread pattern, with the optimal elements, improves surface contact for better steering responsiveness and driving stability. It enhances the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against driving pressure. The optimal elements and their strong grip upgrade maneuvering. This close surface contact and the optimal tread pattern guarantee the driver’s full control over the vehicle.

This tire boosts its all season performance. The aggressive tread design can closely follow the road surface in summer and winter conditions. At the same time, the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in versatile temperatures. This increases performance in dry, wet, and winter conditions. On the other hand, large grooves eliminate water and slush from the footprint, in order to prevent hydroplaning. This results in a safer driving experience even in wet situations.

The reinforced internal structure and the optimal rubber compound work together to enhance load and driving durability. As a result, these elements maintain the ideal tire shape under load and driving pressure, enabling the tire to safely perform on highway terrains. Also, the tire can easily carry and withstand heavy loads. This significantly upgrades load-carrying capacity, this model is an excellent choice for commercial applications.

The Radar R-D3 also boosts its service life. The ideal tread design and the rubber compound resist irregular and premature wear formations along the tread area. In other words, the ideal tread pattern evenly distributes driving pressure, while the compound reduces the treadwear rate. This slow and even wear offers longer-lasting tread life.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
