Michelin X LT A/S Tires
The Michelin X LT A/S is a highway terrain, all season tire made for SUVs and light trucks. Michelin offers a 50,000 mile treadwear warranty with R speed rated sizes and a 70,000 mile treadwear warranty with the T and H speed rated sizes of this model. This warranty is for new tires.
The model improves the all weather traction. The special all season compound and the optimal tread design enhance the dry, wet and winter weather grip on the road surface. The compound keeps the rubber flexibility, from the heat of summer to colder winter conditions. The tread elements also upgrade the grip on the road surface with additional biting edges. The model avoids hydroplaning by dispersing water and slush from the footprint. This significantly avoids hydroplaning and upgrades the wet weather driving safety levels.
The optimal tread design with the stronger construction improves the controllability. The internal structure and the EverTread technology ensure the tire’s close surface contact. It allows the tire to improve the steering responsiveness and the driving stability.
