GreenBall STR Tires
The GreenBall STR is a highway terrain, all season tire manufactured for trailers. This model should not be mounted on light trucks.
All weather traction is guaranteed with the ribbed tread design and year-round compound. The tread design and the compound boost the road grip in dry, wet, and winter conditions. The tread design closely follows the road surface all the time, while the compound protects the tire against deformation. The all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in summer and winter temperatures. Wide circumferential grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint and prevent hydroplaning. This tread design promotes safe driving performance throughout the year.
The model guarantees great controllability. The tread design keeps consistent road contact, improving the steering response time and accuracy to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against the pressure affecting the tire. The ribbed tread design and its close road contact also boost maneuvering. The wide shoulder blocks enhance the cornering capability. The tread design and stable structure offer the driver confident control over the vehicle.
The tire offers great fuel efficiency. The ideal rubber compound and the ribbed tread design are able to provide a fuel-conscious performance. The tire successfully lowers the rolling resistance, in order to reduce the vehicle’s fuel consumption and CO2 emissions. The rolling resistance is a force that determines how much energy the vehicle needs to maintain a consistent forward motion. In this manner, the tire is able to guarantee an environmentally friendly driving experience.
The GreenBall STR improves load durability. The tread design keeps its optimal tire shape under load and driving pressure. This enables the tire to carry and withstand heavy loads. As the tire does not deform, it upgrades the overall load capacity and handling power during the performance.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
