Farroad Mud Hunter Tires

The Farroad Mud Hunter is a mud terrain, all season tire made for light trucks.

The model’s tread design ensures a confident off-road performance. The soft, loose and uneven terrain gripping ability is enhanced thanks to the model’s large, staggered tread elements, open shoulder pattern and the siping detail. The tread elements maintain a firm grip on the terrain surface to upgrade the tire’s overall performance. The tire’s forward motion in deeper mud and on loose dirt is ensured by the shoulder and sidewall pattern. The tire’s self-cleaning ability is enabled by the high void ratio, stone ejectors and staggered tread elements. They disperse mud and eject rocks from the grooves, effectively keeping the footprint clean and preventing stone retention from harming the tire’s casing.

The tire guarantees excellent traction in all weather conditions. The dry, wet and winter weather performance is ensured by the combination of the tread pattern and the all season tire compound. The compound maintains the rubber flexibility throughout the year and actively resists weather damage from harming the tire’s casing. The year-round performance is improved by the tread design, with the optimal siping detail, as it provides a firm grip on the surface all year round. The all weather performance is further improved by the wide grooves which clean out the snow from between the tread elements, thereby maintaining a clean footprint.

The Mud Hunter ensures smooth controllability. The steering responsiveness and the driving stability are improved by the tread design’s optimal tread block placement. The steering increases speed and precision in its responsiveness to the driver’s commands, even on rugged terrain, while the structure remains stable under driving pressure affecting it. The reinforced structure keeps the optimal tire shape and prevents its deformation. These elements guarantee safer off-road maneuvering and performance.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
