Duro DI-K551 Tires

The Duro DI-K551 is an all terrain, all season tire made for ATVs and UTVs.

The tire promotes better controllability. The maintained surface contact of the knobby footprint upgrades the surface contact at all times, increasing the steering responsiveness and the driving stability. As a result, the tire is quicker and more precise in its response to the driver’s commands, while the structure is secured against the driving pressure affecting the tire. This combination boosts the driver’s constant surface contact, which optimizes the handling on versatile terrains.

The tread elements allow the tire to optimize the on- and off-road terrain performance. The optimal tread elements allow the tire to upgrade the soft, loose, and uneven terrain traction, ensuring the forward motion at all times. The tread elements allow the tire to increase the deep mud and loose dirt traction, upgrading the versatile terrain traction. The tread elements allow the tire to improve its self-cleaning ability. They disperse mud and snow from the footprint, preventing them from blocking the surface contact. It also avoids stone retention by ejecting rocks stuck between the tread elements. This greatly optimizes the performing safety levels.

The DI-K551 upgrades the load and driving durability. The reinforced internal structure enables the tire to maintain the ideal tire shape at all times. As the tire does not deform, it is able to securely carry and withstand heavy loads with ease. This boosts the overall load capacity.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

When it comes to ATV tires, there might be slight visual differences between brands and models even if the tires are of the same size.

NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE: This tire model is not DOT-approved for highway use.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
