Carlisle Multi Trac C/S Tires
The Carlisle Multi Trac C/S is an all season tire manufactured for lawn mowers and garden tractors.
The ideal tread pattern and the durable rubber compound improve the tire’s performance on various surfaces. The large tread elements increase the tire’s grip on soft, loose, and uneven surfaces. The optimized tread elements enable the tire to maintain forward motion at all times. At the same time, the ideal tread design keeps the footprint clean during the performance.
All season performance is guaranteed with this tire. The ideal tread pattern and the all season compound upgrade the tire’s dry, wet, and winter-weather traction. The optimized tread elements closely follow the driving surface at all times, while the all season compound keeps the rubber flexible in warm and cold temperatures. As a result, the tread pattern and the all season compound guarantee a safe driving experience.
The Carlisle Multi Trac C/S performs in a turf-friendly manner. The wide footprint, with the optimized tread elements, improves soft traction and enables the tire’s turf-friendly driving ability. This prevents the tire from harming the turf and grass fields, making it perfect for garden equipment applications.
This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire’s internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire’s non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire’s ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.
The photo is a representation of the tire’s possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.
This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.
Due to the acquisition by Carlstar Tires, Carlisle tires are now manufactured under the Carlstar banner. For this reason, some Carlisle tires might come with the Carlstar brand name stamped on their sidewalls.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
