OTR Traction Master R4 Tires

The OTR Traction Master R4 is an all season tire made for lawn mowers and other garden equipment vehicles.

The tire offers excellent versatile turf terrain performance. It features a directional lug placement that maintains its surface contact at all times. They upgrade forward motion at all times, upgrading its soft and loose terrain grip. Optimized tread elements allow the tire to significantly increase its consistent performance, without damaging the grass field. Excessive traction does not loosen up the ground or damage the turf terrain. This significantly boosts the tire’s turf-friendly driving experience.

Additionally, the tread design also keeps the footprint clean. Mud and snow are eliminated thanks to the angled lug placement. They are dispersed, preventing them from blocking surface contact. This significantly increases the tire’s exceptional performance on various terrain surfaces, which also boosts driving safety levels.

The OTR Traction Master R4 was designed with a rim guard and a heavy sidewall structure. These work together to protect both the rim and tire from external damage. The rim guard design guards the rims against accidental damage. On the other hand, the sidewalls protect the casing from punctures, cuts, and other types of damage, further improving its performance. As damage is avoided, they cannot cause the tire’s downtime or shorten the service life.

This is a bias ply tire. Due to the tire’s internal construction and size, it is possible that the tire will look deformed. Smaller bias ply tires do not have reinforced constructions that can keep the tire from deforming. The bias construction and the small tire’s non-reinforced internal structure allow the tire to fold in when it is deflated or not properly inflated. This is not constructional damage or an issue; it is a normal occurrence with such tires. In such cases, the tire needs to be mounted and inflated to the proper PSI or, in some instances, an inner tube needs to be added. The proper PSI and the inner tube are able to maintain the tire’s ideal shape, preventing the bias plies from looking deformed. This ensures their performing safety and durability.

The photo is a representation of the tire’s possible deformation, it does not represent the specific tire model, size, tread pattern and application.

This specific tire model features a BIASED ply construction.

Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
