Ardent Sport RX6 Tires
The Ardent Sport RX6 is a performance and high performance, all season tire created for passenger cars and SUVs.
With the combination of the asymmetric tread pattern and the all season compound, the tire is ready to bring top performance throughout the year. It can take on even some of the harshest dry, wet, and snow-covered roads with ease due to its road gripping ability. Since the tread is full of lateral and angled sipes and notches, it has plenty of biting edges to rely on. The rubber remains flexible no matter what season it is, as it adapts to current temperatures. The four circumferential grooves are highly effective in channeling water and slush away from the footprint, improving wet and winter traction.
The tire’s tread pattern is optimized for controllability. The asymmetric tread does a great job stabilizing the tire by maximizing surface contact. The driver can enjoy seamless maneuvering, as the tire becomes easier to control, while its structure is secured against the driving pressure that affects it. The shoulder ribs provide the tire with enough biting edges to establish a strong grip with, creating friction with the road surface. Thanks to these tread elements, the tire has an extremely short braking distance.
The Ardent Sport RX6 rolls with reduced noise due to its closed shoulder ribs and asymmetric design. The shoulder block pattern does not let the airwaves enter the inner tread and create sound there. Although there is plenty of friction between the road and the tire tread, this process is completely blocked away from its surroundings. This way, not as many sound waves are being generated, greatly reducing noise around the car cabin. The result is a calm and comfortable driving experience.
Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
