Goodyear Eagle RS-A Plus Tires
The Goodyear Eagle RS-A Plus is a performance, all season tire made for passenger vehicles.
The tire promotes great all season traction. The tire combines the all season compound and the ideal tread design to enhance the dry, wet, and winter weather grip on the road surface. They boost the grip with additional biting edges, while the compound is also secured against the driving pressure. The tire manages to combat hydroplaning, as the grooves disperse water and slush from below the footprint.
Better controllability is also improved with the tread design. The optimal ribbed tread design maintains the road contact at all times, upgrading the steering responsiveness and driving stability. The shoulder block pattern with the siping placement enhances the cornering power, with the use of extra biting edges. On the other hand, the lateral grooves and sipes generate friction at the moment of braking, significantly shortening the braking distance. The combination of these elements greatly improves the tire’s handling and maneuvering.
The Goodyear Eagle RS-A Plus also enhances the high speed durability. The stronger internal structure and the heat-resistant compound work together to upgrade the high speed performance. Manufacturers recommend changing tires every 10 years. As long as tires are properly stored before they are sold, the year of their manufacture will not shorten their service life.
